Assets Abroad

The first thing to say is if you live abroad and all your assets are abroad then you need to consult a local Will writer in the country concerned as I am unable to do anything for you.  If you are a domicile in the UK but have overseas assets as well then, I can help.  Generally we would make your UK Will the master Will using Brussels 4 clause and then help you to find a local Will writer in the country concerned to create a local Will to link and mirror the UK Will.  There are lots of countries and lots of options here so give me a call and we can work out the best for your needs.
