Richard is our Sales and Marketing Director and also one of our founding directors and runs the day to day at KEPT. Richard has a career spanning over 30 years’ in financial services, at all levels. In his current role he creates and develops client relationships by attending or arranging seminars and networking events where he presents planning opportunities to individuals, businesses and local professionals. A gregarious character Richard can often be seen cheering on Newbury Blues or Reading FC or sampling the fine ales of our local independent hostelries. Grant is an Estate Planning Consultant who brings many years of rounded business skills to the roll, having been a Director or Managing Director in a number of Multi million pound International Businesses over the last 30 years. As a long standing Chairman of Aldermaston Rugby Football Club he gets to enjoy all aspects of the Rugby community from the development of young players through to the success of the senior sides.
