Do you need a solicitor to write your Will ?  No you don’t.

Solicitors operate in the reserved legal services sector and Will writing falls outside of that so you can use anybody you want.  We suggest that you use a Will writer who specialises in that area who is perhaps a member of the Society of Will Writers like ourselves.  Watch my video for more and give us a call if we can help.
