Executor Guide

Being appointed as an Executor to somebodies’ estate through their Will is often seen as an honour as somebody has decided that you are capable of managing a range of important tasks while dealing with the grief of a loved one passing.

It is common for an Executor to start to learn what is involved in the role after the passing of a loved one, when perhaps their ability to learn is impaired by the understandable emotions of what has just happened.

It is our view that it is much better to discover what is involved in the role of Executor while the person that appointed you in this important role is still alive.
