As Executor why am I going to do Probate? If you are an Executor then…
Biggest Mistake
I am often asked when reviewing existing Wills what are the common mistakes people make. While it is easy to list, incorrect or not enough witnesses, not dated or different dates from the donor to the witness, changes after signature and incorrectly held assets, no guardians, missing assets, DIY Will. The biggest mistake most people actually make is not having a Will at all. Clearly, I am not asked to review this but in the initial conversation with people about their specific circumstances it becomes clear that the need for a Will has not arisen recently it has been something they should have had in place for a long time. Give me a call to get this fixed
