Can minor children inherit property?

Yes, you can leave a property to a minor in your Will. As you would expect there are a few things you need to understand in doing this.

The minor will not take direct ownership of the property until they become an adult so you need to consider who can be a trustee or guardian that can manage and protect the property until they are able to do so themselves.
