Children are all the same?

Children are all the same under the eyes of the law, they are the same for most parents as well.     In some peoples lives there is a little differentiation that you may want to make between your children.  Biological and adoptive children are seen as the same under the law.  An illegitimate child can also have an opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with your children if their father is named on the birth certificate.  Now its not always the case that parents see all the children as the same, the only way you can differentiate is to write it in your Will.
