I don’t have much money do I need a Will?

A Will is an act of kindness, or some would say an act of love between you and your loved ones. When you pass the people in your live will be sad and upset so it doesn’t seem right to make the situation worse by leaving them confused about what you want to happen with your belongings, however few they are. A Will allows you to specify how your assets and belongings will be distributed, to avoid disputes. Who will care for your children (if applicable), and who will be responsible for managing your estate (sorting it all out). Without a Will, the distribution of your assets will be determined by law, which may not align with your wishes. So, it is definitely not about the money it is all about showing some love to the people you leave behind by making sure you don’t make a bad situation worse.
