Professional Executor

A professional executor is an individual or company appointed in a Will when the person believes that their estate needs additional expertise not available from family members. They handle the administrative tasks involved in settling an estate after someone’s passes. They manage the legal and financial processes, including gathering assets, paying debts and taxes, and distributing the remaining assets to beneficiaries. They can do everything however they are rarely connected to the family of the deceased so it is still important that family members are involved in the process to add the human element that could be lacking from just having a professional administrator.
