In the fullness of time before the funeral arrangements are made it is wise to check what is stated in the Will matches the funeral plan that is being arranged, so long as they do then things can proceed. After the funeral and the wake have been carried out it may then be wise for the appointed Executors to have a brief meeting to ensure who is going to take which role in the preparation and then obtaining the Grant of Probate.
