If you live with a partner and you want to show your love to them then can I suggest you get a Will. I know you are thinking that’s not very romantic!   Well let me tell you the alternative is horrid.   If you pass your partner doesn’t have many rights over the things you shared today.   The people who do have rights are your children, your parents, other members of your family and the crown, yes the government is in front of your partner in the queue.
