Can I update my Will after it’s been written?

According to a National Wills Registry recent survey 75% of all Wills are changed after they are written. This is of course of no real surprise as if you have written a Will you want to make sure it is accurate and therefore as your circumstance change throughout your life you will adjust your Will to match the changes.
