Vulnerable Beneficiary

If you know that one of the beneficiaries of your Will is already or could become vulnerable before they inherit then you would be wise to make sure you protect them in your Will.  The most common way of achieving this is for your to include a Trust in your Will so that you can select the right people to look after the needs of the vulnerable person.  Simple and effective as a solution the tricky bit could be selecting the Trustee’s so if you would like to discuss the options then get in touch.
