As Executor why am I going to do Probate? If you are an Executor then…
General Power of Attorney
A General Power of Attorney is something that is used when you have capacity and is generally used for temporary periods. Perhaps you have lost mobility and you are unable to do those everyday tasks. A General Power of Attorney can be put in place to allow somebody to do those tasks for you. The important thing to remember is that when at some point you may lose capacity it ceases to operate and that’s when a Lasting Power of Attorney comes into place. A Lasting Power of Attorney continues to be valid. Want to know more please give me a call.
