Executor writing Will

Does my Executor need to be involved in writing my Will?  Depends is the safe answer.  Often people select their partner or spouse to be an Executor of their Will and this is usually mutual. If this is the case then it is highly likely that the Executor will be involved.  Another popular choice are peoples children, which makes good sense as they are likely to still be around when the role is needed to be performed, whereas your partner / spouse may not.   Watch my video to find out more or give me a call to discuss further.
