Details Missing

What happens if some of the details of my Will are out of date? It all depends which details and who wrote the Will? The purists view of course is that any detail that is known to be out of date needs correcting. The practical view however is that some details can be catered for in the way the Will is written. An example of this is that if somebody benefiting from your Will passes a well written Will should have a substitute already written into it. Equally if your family is still expanding then group clauses like grandchildren can be used,  then regardless of the number they can all benefit.  Watch my video to find out more or give me a call to discuss further.
