Estranged from your family

If you are estranged from your family, then unless you wish them to inherit your estate you must put in place a Will.  Your Will is the only way you have of deciding who you want to benefit from your life’s work.  Your Will is a robust legal document that if written correctly ensures your wishes are followed and that your estranged family cannot contest your wishes.   If you don’t put a Will in place, then the rules of Intestate will almost certainly deliver your estate to somebody within your estranged family.   If you want to know more give me a call.
