Beneficiaries Rights

If you think you are going to benefit from somebodies Will do you have any rights? Yes, you do. The executor of the Will should inform you that you are to benefit from the Will and be specific about what the benefit is. You are also entitled to be given major milestone updates about the progress that is being made in the Probate process. You will not be entitled to receive any of these benefits until the probate process is complete. Once the Executors have administered the whole estate you should also receive a statement of accounts recording the major events of the estate. If you want to know more give me a call.
