Included in my Will

What is included in my estate? The simple answer to this question is anything that you own. That is of course the right answer but perhaps not the best answer. If you were to write a Will with everything that is in your estate it could be a document of many hundreds of pages? Imagine going through your house and listing everything that you own then deciding one by one who was to be given it when you passed? Just not practical. That is why we split your estate planning into a number of separate documents. The Will which handles large items such as your house, your savings and any specifically valuable things. Your Memorandum of Wishes which is designed to be a living document for you to continuously update about the items in your life that have emotional value, favourite items that you know will mean something to others. Your Executor brief which provides your Executors with the details they need to administer your estate more effectively because they have what they need at hand, including the key to your digital assets.
