No Relatives

It is quite rare that somebody has no relatives at all, it is much more common that somebody has no known relatives. In this case having a Will significantly helps whoever is chosen to manage the estate after the person passes. By having a Will the person is able to clearly state what and who should benefit from their passing. By not having a Will the job of trying to find a long lost relative is both difficult and can be time consuming, thus the most likely outcome is that the Government benefits from the estate.
