How often should I review my Will and Estate Planning? Wills and estate planning generally are only really affected by a change in your circumstances. If nothing in your life has changed, then the planning and the Will you have should still be relevant. If on the other hand there have been births, deaths, divorces, marriages, house moves or retirements then it is sensible to read you planning to make sure that based on the change of circumstances things still work the way you had planned them.
