Maybe is the answer that is safe, but equally Yes and No could both be right depending on the size of your estate.

If your estate when you pass is less than £322,000 then the answer is yes, your spouse gets it all.

If your estate is bigger than £322,000 then your spouse gets all of that amount and all of your goods & chattels (your possessions) and then anything else is split 50% to the spouse and 50% to any children, you may have. Of course, no kids then the spouse gets the lot.
