Trusts Good?

Are Trust funds a good idea in the UK? It is perhaps best to start with what a Trust is, It is a legal and financial tool to allow people to protect assets for their loved ones or charities.  The reasons for putting assets in to Trust vary from holding them for minors, protecting them from loss in divorce, bankruptcy or even mismanagement and of course sometimes for tax reasons.
